银杏计划项目信息系统
南都公益基金会发起的一个资助青年人突破成长瓶颈，帮助其成为公益领域的领导型人才的长期计划。主要资助对象为草根机构的领导人或创始人，不排除学者、媒体人、个人行动者和未来的NGO领导人。该计划同时倡导社会各界一起支持公益人才、搭建公益人才成长的支持体系。针对公益青年需要基本生活保障、社会认同和自我能力提升的需求，“银杏计划”的资助包括1年10万人民币，连续3年的资金支持和1年2次的集体活动，项目从2010年运行以来，48位银杏伙伴在平等、尊重、包容、开放的气氛中相互学习、相互支持，目前已开展了多个合作项目。
